These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Blackcastle Solutions SAS (operating under the "fast2ai" brand, hereafter "fast2ai", "we", "our"), and you (the "Client"). By accessing our website or engaging our AI-implementation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
All content, code, processes, and related materials provided on or through the fast2ai website (the "Website") are the property of Blackcastle Solutions SAS ("fast2ai") or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Upon full payment, the Client becomes the sole owner of all custom AI workflows, scripts, datasets, prompts, documentation, and other deliverables (collectively, "Deliverables") created by fast2ai specifically for the Client. fast2ai retains ownership of its pre-existing tooling, frameworks, and generalized know-how.
Our implementations may leverage third-party models (e.g., OpenAI), APIs, or platforms. Where such services require a paid license or API key, the Client is responsible for maintaining valid licenses and complying with the applicable terms.
The Client represents that it has the legal right to provide any data, systems access, or other materials supplied to fast2ai, and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.
The Client agrees not to use the Website or our Deliverables for any unlawful, unethical, or disallowed purposes, including but not limited to: training models on illicit data, automating spam, or violating platform policies.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. Either party may disclose such information if required by law or with prior written consent.
fast2ai provides “unlimited” task submissions; tasks are completed sequentially unless otherwise agreed. Excessively large projects may be broken into milestones or require a scope adjustment.
Try us for one week. If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 7 calendar days; we will refund 50% of the initial week’s fee. Beyond the first week, all sales are final.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fast2ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
